As a Family Support Volunteer, you'll provide a vital lifeline to a family with a child under five. You'll be a listening ear, someone to sit down with over a cup of tea. A trusted advisor, who can help a parent find their way when times get tough. A source of hope, making life better for local children and the people who love them.
What skills do I need?
For the Family Support role, we ask that volunteers have parenting experience. From raising your own children, to adopting, fostering, or caring for children in a professional or voluntary capacity.
