Carers Connected supports informal carers via weekly online Zoom sessions, lasting one hour, which include time for sharing experiences, chat, often a poem or song with a Christian theme, and always prayer for one another at the end.
We are seeking new volunteers to join our dedicated team of hosts, who work in pairs to facilitate our gatherings.
