TreeAction UK is a community interest company and environmental conservation organisation organising tree planting and maintenance projects for schools. 

We are looking for someone to liaise with the Directors and work alongside our current trust fundraising agency to complete applications to specific grant providers and trusts and produce funding bids to both national and local fund providers. 

In this role you would:

  • Help identify fund raising sources and opportunities, be they Not For Profit, Private, Business or Governmental. 
  • Develop the relationship with relevant organisations so that they understand and appreciate TreeAction objectives.
  • Liase with our current trust fundraising agency and support each other in the progress of bids to ensure alignment.

What skills do I need?

Someone with experience in fundraising and volunteering within the Not-for-Profit sector would be an advantage but equally someone who brings a parallel set of skills from business, marketing, government or any other relevant area would be welcome.

You will have good written communication skills and have strong attention detail.

You will volunteer within the team of volunteers though the principal contact will be the Director of Fundraising. 

Practical Considerations

We are looking for 1 - 2 days a week commitment and can support your working from home of co-working space if preferred.
