We are in urgent need for voluntary 'rescuers', drivers and home rehabbers to answer calls for help to assist in relocating and driving injured or recently new born birds back either to their original locations or, from June place back on the rooftops with parent birds. Flexible hours , will be a few hours here and there.
What skills do I need?
No skills as such, just a willingness to help and assist experienced rescuers day and night in helping injured birds or relocating fallen young chicks by placing them back onto the rooftops.
Although we welcome different people, retired builders or fireman with an ability and a head for heights is useful as is knowledge of accessing or using ladders to return young chicks back onto the rooftops.
