We are looking for a volunteer who would like to join us on Tuesdays to support our People\\\'s Music programme in Shoreham-by-Sea. You will help to make people living with a mental health diagnosis feel welcomed and comfortable as they join our musical activities. We have three groups running thoughout the day: New Rhythms - an introduction to collaborative music making Singing for Wellbeing People\\\'s Music Collective - a band that celebrates the resilience and creativity of people living with mental illness. You can join us for one or all of the sessions!
What skills do I need?
Enthusiasm for taking part in musical activities (you don\\\'t need to have previous experience - just be prepared to get involved!) Excellent interpersonal skills - a willingness to open conversation with others who might be feeling more anxious
