Face to Face: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9.30am – 4pm OART is a rivers trust formed from the amalgamation of the Sussex Ouse Conservation Society and the River Adur Conservation Society. It is a registered charity and a member of the national body now known as The Rivers Trust ( Normally open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and some Fridays 10-2 Shoreham Airport is the oldest licensed airport in the UK and its Visitor Centre & Museum offers a fascinating insight into Shoreham’s past, with a wealth of interesting displays and information about aviation in general and the Airport itself. The Museum is housed within the splendid Art Deco airport terminal building, and full airport tours, which last about an hour, take in visits to the hangars and views of the resident aircraft. Presentations and talks are also available, as well as other events throughout the year ranging from bands in the evening to Airshows.
