Lions work to raise money for their community. All the money raised us given back in a variety of ways to the local community. Join a local club such as Lancing or our virtual club which has monthly zoom meetings. We as a club aim to help out other clubs with staffing their fundraising events as well as having a social life of our own.
What skills do I need?
Anything and everything. We need people to make the teas at old people’s parties, secretarial skills, workers to do practical jobs, PR people to publicise our clubs, fundraisers and really important now is media savvy people. We need younger people who can promote us on social media. We do amazing work but it is not publicised enough to let everyone know what we do.

Availability Details
Any time to suit you. Give up half an hour a day, half a day a week or half a week a year. Whenever you can fit us in. Business Meetings are monthly and it’s important to attend these to know what’s going on. Apart from that help out at various fundraising and social events through the year.
