Register and welcome people on arrival and settle in seat and give cold drinks if requested. During session make sure all is running smoothly and support any request made by deliverers. After session serve coffee and tea and initiate chat and a listening ear to participants and careers. Spend time listening and talking to participants. Check hall is left in tidy state and kitchen is as it was found. Possibly if you fancy make a cake!(optional)
